h)sour cream- three fourth cup
i) chopped green onions – half a cup
j) cream cheese- half a packet
k)shredded cheddar cheese- one and a half cup

Process of cooking spaghetti in a different way

Firstly boil water in a large pan. Now add a little salt to the boiling
water. Now add the raw pasta to the boiling water and cook it for around
eight to ten minutes. Then drain off all the water in the pan and keep the
pasta aside.

Now keep the oven for preheating up to 350 degree centigrade.

Now boil the brown ground beef on a medium flame. Next drain off all the
water from the pan and crush/ crumble the beef. Put the crushed beef into
the skillet again.

Add a little amount of salt, garlic powder and pepper to the skillet. Mix
it thoroughly. Now add pasta sauce to the skillet and mix it properly.
Boil the mixture for five minutes. Now reduce the flame and let it cook
for around twenty minutes.

Now mix the sour cream, cream cheese and onions in a little bowl. Keep
this to a side for some time.

Now take a nine into thirteen inches baking dish. Coat it properly with
cooking spray. Now put into it the cooked spaghetti.

Now spread the mixture (cream cheese) over the pasta. Now add to it the
mixture of meat and then sprinkle the cheddar cheese completely over the
dish.

Bake for 25 minutes and serve hot.

Grape Squash As Indian Recipes

Preparation time: 20 Minutes

Cooking time : 10 minutes
serves : 20-25
Ingredients:

1 kg grape juice from green or black grapes.

750-900 gm sugar, or to taste 1 cup water.

1 cup lemon juice or2 tsp citric acid.

A pinch of sodium benzoate preservative .
Method

1. Wash and dry the grapes. Use a blender to extract grape juice and
strain it.

2. Boil the sugar and water to make syrup of 1 - thread consistency, add
the grape juice and the lemon juice or citric acid and the sodium
benzoate.

3. Keep in the sun for 3- 4 days.

4. Pour into dry clean bottles with tight corks.

For Mango, Pomegranate or Orange Squash

The recipe is the same as the Grape Squash. The only difference is that
the fruit juice has to be boiled with the syrup for 5 minutes. Add
preservative and store in airtight bottles. For mango squash, add a pinch
of potassium metabisulphite for each bottle. For pomegranate squash, add a
pinch of sodium benzoate for each bottle. For orange squash add a pinch of
potassium metabisulphite for each bottle.
The recipe is the same as the Grape Squash. The only difference is that
