take you Body Mass Index (BMI) and then give a suggestion as to what it
should be for your height and weight. Activities are split into 4 areas,
Aerobic Exercise, Muscle Conditioning, Balance Games and Yoga poses.
These are all great selling points for the Wii Fit but as always it is the
games that provide the underlying benefits that make the Wii Fit a great
Christmas present. The games available using Wii Fit includes having to
steer a ball across a wobbly platform, walking a tightrope and, the
extremely addictive, ski game. As the skier starts his decent down the
mountain you have to crouch down and then as he takes-off you have to
stand up quickly and keep your balance to increase the distance he goes.
The Wii Fit is a great game for all the family because someone who has
never played a game in their life can be as good as someone who plays
regularly. We all tend to eat too much at Christmas time and this game can
help us burn off some calories whilst having fun at the same time.
